Best way to tackle your Anxiety

To get rid or decrease anxiety symptoms naturally, Ayurveda is the best option, and has been for the past 5000 years. Anxiety tends to be a result of terminal exhaustion, especially due to the increase/need to be busier in this day and age. In Ayurveda, anxiety is classified as Citto Udvega, and is also normally linked with toxin accumulation in the body, as well as exhaustion. Shirodhara is the process of pouring liquids over the forehead of the individual. It can include oil, buttermilk, coconut water, and so on…depending on the client’s needs and unique treatment requirements. It is also used to treat many other ailments other than anxiety.

 

 

Also used is Shirobasti, where the oils used (again, specific to the person, and also medicated) are kept on the head for a prescribed period of time using a cap.

 

 

Furthermore, Nasya can be used to clear the respiratory tract and head. The drugs are administered through the nasal cavity and is a Panchakarma treatment. Panchakarma is known for increasing overall health and contains five actions, Nasya being one of them.

 

 

Bramhi Herb for Anxiety

 

 

Brahmi is a plant that is used in Ayurveda for anxiety, and many other ailments. It’s shown to increase brain chemicals associated with thinking, learning and memory and overall rejuvenation of the brain.
