2014 started in the perfect way with Ayurvedic cooking class at one of our client’s place in Melbourne. Group of 4 students joined the class to learn more about Ayurvedic cooking – an easy way of cooking that retains life in the food by using different Spices and Herbs.
Students enjoyed learning right way of cooking vegetable rice biryani and healthy butter chicken with blend of healing properties of vegetable and spices like onions, ginger, garlic, tamoto, peas, cauliflower, spinach , turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, star- anise etc
