  • The expecting woman should stay happy and calm and try to bear with mood swings
  • She should emphasize on cleanliness and maintain fragrant environment. 
  • She should indulge in auspicious activities; this generates positive energy which eventually channelizes to foetus.
  • She should have proper sleep in right postures. Cushioning is important both while sitting and sleeping.
