Kapha Diet Plan

  • Opt for foods which come with a bitter or pungent taste.
  • Eat whole freshly cooked foods.

  • Try and avid cold or carbonated drinks.
  • Consumption of red meat should be ideally avoided.
  • Oily foods, cheese, cake and too much nuts are also not good to reduce kapha

  • I decided to take my 10 yr old daughter to Dr Saini after 9.5 yrs of struggling with eczema and food intolerances, and no solutions found but topical, long term use of cortisone creams.
