Mahamanjisthadi kashayam is decoction of herbs that is useful in the Ayurveda treatment of cases of skin diseases such as wounds, eczema, dermatitis and other diseases such as gout, obesity, facial paralysis, Elephantiasis, acne vulgaris and eye diseases.

Rubia cordifolia (Common Madder or Indian Madder), cyperus rotundus, tinospora cordifolia, inula racemosa, zingiber officinal are main ingredients of Mahamanjisthadi kashayam.
