Trichosanthes Cucumerina, Terminalia chebula, Terminalia bellirica, Emblica officinalis, Citrullus colocynthis, Bacopa monnieri, Andrographis paniculata and Zingiber officinale are main ingredients of Patolamooladi Kashayam.




Pharmacological action of Patolamooladi Kashayam




Patolamooladi Kashayam pacifies kapha and pitta as per ayurvedic science. All herbs present in it are blood purifier as well as coolant. It balances gastric secretions so it is beneficial in acidity, burning sensation, abdominal tenderness, GERD and other similar conditions.




Patolamooladi Kashayam has properties by which it detoxifies the body and eliminates toxins from the body. It improves metabolism and reduces inflammation. Therefore, it is used in skin diseases.



It is more efficient in diseases in which itching and burning sensation are major symptoms. Moreover, it aids in constipation. It softens the stool and eases in defecation.  




It also possesses anti-pyretic and anti-microbial properties so it is beneficial in fever and associated infections. It is also beneficial in liver diseases such as hepatitis and jaundice.



It reduces inflammation of liver and improves liver functions. It aids in fast regeneration of liver cells and prevents it from effects of various toxins.
