Rajahpravartani Vati

 

 

Rajahpravartani Vati is an Ayurvedic tablet formulation traditionally used for treating amenorrhea or condition of absent menstruation. It is also considered very helpful in spasmodic dysmenorrhea, abdominal cramps and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).

 

 

Main Ingredients of Rajahpravartani Vati

 

 

Aloe vera and Asafetida are main ingredients of Rajahpravartani Vati, along with many other herbs. Some Ayurvedic formulations of Rajahpravartani vati may contain heavy metals like Borax.

 

Australian clients are advised that use of heavy metals in any Ayurveda formulation is prohibited in Australia and clients should be mindful before buying any Ayurveda medicine online or from Indian groceries, as it may contain heavy metals. Rajahpravartani Vati is vata and kapha pacifier. It is emmenagogues so it aids to stimulate menstrual blood flow. It is considered to have action on the hormonal secretion, as has been considered useful in polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). It may aid egg maturation and induces menstruation.

  1. Primary or secondary amenorrhea
  2. Spasmodic dysmenorrhea or abdominal cramps or pain during periods

If you are suffering from acidity, GERD or heartburn, consult your health care provider before use of Rajahpravartani Vati. Also be mindful that it contains heavy metals.
