Aplinia galanga, Tinospora cordifolia, Cassia fistula, Cedrus deodara, Tribulus terrestris, Ricinus communis, and Boerhavia diffusa are main ingredients of Rasnasaptakam Kashayam tablets.
Pharmacological action of Rasnasaptakam Kashayam Tablet
Rasnasaptakam Kashayam tablets pacify vata and kapha humours. Rasnasaptakam Kashayam has analgesic, carminative and anti-inflammatory characteristics. Its main effects are observed on lower back and legs. It is effective in sciatica, lower back pain, restless leg syndrome and rheumatoid arthritis.
In addition, Rasnasaptakam Kashayam is used to lower uric acid level. It is very efficacious in gouty arthritis as well. It reduces pain and inflammation in small joints, which are affected with gout. It works on vata defect and assists in elimination of toxins from the abdomen.
It rectifies metabolism of proteins, which aids to lessen overproduction of uric acids. Furthermore, it also helps to eliminates excess uric acid from the body through kidneys.
